Such an absolute honor to have you on Playboy! Tell us about your daily schedule as a model, do you have a routine? Wow! It’s a dream come true to be on the cover of Playboy! Thank you for making one of my wildest dreams come true! I try to maintain a routine when I’m home in Los Angeles. However, much of the year, I travel around the US to film NWA wrestling (where I’m a backstage host), attend autograph signings, and do photo shoots. My schedule varies so much it can be crazy!
How do you like to begin your day? Since I became sober two years ago, I go to bed early, wake up at 7am and make it to the gym by 10am. My workouts alternate between weight lifting, boxing, pilates and barre classes. In the past, this also included pro wrestling classes. Starting my day with some form of exercise is essential for my body, and for my mental health.
What are some of the biggest dreams you hope to achieve? I feel very fortunate to have achieved so many of my dreams already. I moved from Brazil to Hollywood completely on my own, when I was just 21 years old. I am the author of four books, have written for many well-known publications, interviewed various celebrities, joined the National Wrestling Alliance, and now I’m on the cover of Playboy! I plan to continue to elevate all of the careers I have already established.
What helps you decompress and relax? I love going for a hike in nature, and then taking a long candle-lit bath. I also love to relax on tropical beach vacations with lots of sun and ocean time. My favorite place to decompress and relax is Hawaii.
Who has been the most influential person in your life and why? My father. He was an incredible, controversial, visionary writer, who was always ahead of his time. He taught me to stand up for my beliefs. I certainly inherited my rebelliousness from him.
How romantic are you? I’m romantic when I feel an emotional and sexual connection to someone. To me, the ideal relationship is both romantic and sexually exciting. I love it when a guy takes the time to do thoughtful, special things for me, and on top of that, is free-spirited and sexually adventurous.
What is the most memorable date you’ve ever had? I’ve had a few! My most memorable dates started out with a nice lunch or dinner night out, and ended with sex in a daring location, like a cemetery, a movie theater, or a famous hotel balcony!
What was the biggest lesson from your worst breakup? Honesty is always the best policy! Clear, mindful communication is essential to expressing your wants and needs and respecting your partner’s.
Would you rather be loved, respected, or admired? Loved, because it is so rare, and respect and admiration are aspects of love.
Are you a city traveler or nature explorer? I’m more of a city traveler and enjoy the experience a big city has to offer. But I prefer cities with nearby nature exploring options and beaches, such as Rio, where I’m from, and Los Angeles, where I live.
What’s on your travel bucket list? Thailand, Greece, Indonesia, Italy!
