Blow Your Mind!

with Alina

What an honour to have you as our June cover! Were you excited to shoot for Playboy? My father and older brother loved Playboy magazine. I never felt that I was pretty when I was younger, so I always dreamed to be a part of the beautiful story of Playboy, to be a part of all that perfect ideal woman. Here I am finally!

Tell us something surprising about you? I am a mother of two, also a best friend and good helper for my busy husband. I’m mentally strong, strict, drive like a man and love moving fast. I hate wasting time so I’m never late.

Describe yourself in one sentence… Man’s best friend and closest enemy.

What are some of your hobbies? I need to keep moving to be happy and energised. Usually going to gym, snowboarding, also I love fishing, hunting, playing PS games and spending time with my family as much as I can. I’m always seeking knowledge, I just got a degree once again! I’m also a big fan of photography and graphic design.

What is your biggest turn on? Intelligence and domination.

What turns you off the most? Unscrupulousness and immorality.

Describe to us your perfect date… The best date for me is when you are relaxed, self-confident in any clothing. I prefer to show up in no makeup, wet hair, sneakers, jeans style and not afraid to show any flawed part of yourself. You want nothing from that date, but it works for you the opposite way.

What would you consider to be your biggest challenge as a model so far? For me, personally, it was really hard to work in China. I had to be strong faced for high fashion and fit for commercials. The first time I worked there, I received so many discouraging rejections, so much” Sorry, we need ä pretty face, it doesn’t work for our vision” kind of turn downs. It was a very mentally challenging time for me in the industry.

Any last words you would like to share with the readers? Every book in the world has had at least one reader. So never give up, don’t be too hard on yourself, appreciate every moment and try to be even better than yesterday. Idols, trends, fashion are all temporary and go through many cycles, it’s not about fashion it’s all about your personal style.
